半島電視台(Al Jazeera)網站報導，根據美國聯邦調查局(FBI)最新數據，2015年美國境內針對穆斯林的仇恨犯罪案件數遽增67%，來到2001年911攻擊事件後的最高點。
據FBI在14日發布的仇恨犯罪報告，整體而言，在5,850件獲報案件中，有57%是出於種族與族裔動機，20%則是與宗教偏見有關。
2015年共記錄到257起反穆斯林仇恨犯罪事件，比前一年的154件要多，並僅次於2001年911事件後的案件數，當時共獲報481起反穆斯林事件。
FBI表示，儘管反穆斯林仇恨犯罪案件數大幅增加，猶太人仍是美國境內宗教性質仇恨犯罪最常被鎖定的目標，佔獲報件數的53%。
FBI報告中也列出1,053起因性傾向產生的仇恨犯罪，其中19%鎖定男同志。
在發言充滿爭議性的川普(Donald Trump)上週贏得總統大選之後，此時美國種族與宗教間的緊張程度已經升高。

〔iStyle頻道／綜合報導〕為了讓牙齒更健康，口氣更清新，有的人習慣在吃飽後立即刷牙，把殘渣、髒汙從嘴裡徹底去除，這個習慣看似健康，但是真的對牙齒好嗎？根據國外網站「SHEFINDS」報導，美國牙醫協會醫師Agustin Drubi表示，每次用餐後立即刷牙其實會傷害你的牙齒。吃飽後立即刷牙不是可以避免細菌在嘴裡孳生嗎？Agustin Drubi解釋，當你吃完飯後，口腔內會呈現酸性，保護牙齒的琺瑯質會軟化，此時刷牙容易磨掉琺瑯質，傷害到牙齒，使牙齒變得更敏感，如果想要刷牙，最好等待30到60分，這段時間內酸性會漸漸中和，這時候再刷牙最不傷牙齒，還會讓牙齒更健康。Agustin Drubi大方分享自己照顧牙齒和刷牙方式，早晚各刷一次，晚上會用牙線加強清潔，把殘渣全部清除，每次刷牙後，除了水以外，不吃不喝任何食物，以免細菌停留在牙齒上。另外，牙刷一定要選擇柔軟的刷毛，輕輕地刷才不會損害牙齒表層，也不要忘記輕刷舌頭，它能消除食物殘渣留在舌頭上形成舌苔，避免細菌沾到牙齒而蛀牙，並幫助呼吸和口氣清新。
